How it works?
As soon as a customer visits your website, Cross Range plugin prompts him/her to initiate communication with you. If the customer chooses to start the communication, a request is sent to the CrossRange media server with the click of a single button. The server then determines the destination to call to from the available call priority mappings and places a call to your operator on the device you he/she is available on at that moment.
